Returns And Complaints

 
1. Return/Complaint:
Please fill out the Return/ Complaint Form and attach it to the returning product. The form needs to contain the following details: Customer Name, E-mail address, Mobile Number, Order ID, Product ID and Description of Defect, Date of Purchase.
 
2. Product Return:
When filing a complaint, please send back a complete Product Package, together with a copy of the invoice and filled complaint form.
 
3. Shipping:
Please send the faulty goods in its original packaging and unused, to the address we specify at the time of return of goods.
 
4. Refund:
Once the product has been received by us, we will initiate the refund. The mode of refund will be the same as at the time of placing the order or refunds will be done by Cheque/ Demand Draft.
